To be able to submit a manuscript for this year's congress, you will need to create an account in PaperView. This is done to ensure that your manuscript will be actively monitored throughout the entire duration of the manuscript cycle (submission, peer review, revision, acceptance, and presentation scheduling). Complete confidentiality regarding your submission is assured.

Regular updates will only be available online, through your email, and via SMS (text) messages sent to your mobile cellphone (optional feature).

Furthermore, some authors will be invited to review your manuscript. This is also accomplished online at PaperView via special interfaces that are accessible only to assigned referees to ensure fairness.

To register, click on the "Register" tab on the upper-right corner of the page or follow this link. Immediately, you will be asked to enter the email address you intend to use for all PaperView-related communications (within the duration of the manuscript review process). After a short verification process, you will be taken to a page containing the full registration form. You will be required to furnish details on some fields (ex. email, complete name, password, etc.). Once you have accomplished the form, verify all furnished information, and submit.

If the registration is successful, you will receive an email containing your login details. It is recommended that you save this confirmation email for future references.
